I recently stayed at Funwhales and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping me with airport transfers and arranging tours at great prices. The entire accommodation was modern, clean, and the home cooked breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. For the price, it was definitely value for money. I also appreciated the opportunity to use the beachfront hotel pool nearby for a small fee.

I had an exceptional stay at this rest house in Negombo. The owners were incredibly friendly and treated me like family. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even woke up at 3 AM to pack me some food for my early morning departure. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great shower with hot water. The location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The breakfast served was delicious and the respect shown by the owners was impressive. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Negombo.

Although there were no major issues, one bathroom had an unusual layout where I had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. Additionally, water was not included in the price, but it was still cheaper than buying it elsewhere.
